Dr. Claudia Habib currently serves as the President of Porterville College. Prior to this consignment, she served as the Vice President of Madera and Oakhurst College Centers. Dr. Michelle Miller-Galaz, Dean of Instruction, Porterville College -Squad Assistant

Michelle Miller-Galaz, Ed.D. currently serves every bit the Interim Dean of Instruction at Porterville College. She joined Porterville College in January 2020 from the Kern Community College District where she was the Managing director of Grants and Resources. Stephanie Droker, Ed.D, joined the ACCJC staff in 2016. Dr. Droker was the Vice President of Educational Services and Accreditation Liaison Officer at West Hills College Coalinga from 2012 – 2016. Prior to her administrative experience, she served as kinesthesia of political science and piece of work-based learning at W Hills College Lemoore. In that function, she also served as Bookish Senate President, Strategic Planning Committee Chair, and Curriculum Committee Fellow member. During her tenure at the W Hills Community College District, Dr. Droker was an agile volunteer with ACCJC, participating on several peer review teams. Dr. Droker is present during the site visit to ensure consistency in the peer review process and serves every bit a resource to Contra Costa Higher and the peer review

Dr. Kevin Bontenbal, Vice President, ACCJC – ACCJC Staff Liaison

Kevin Bontenbal

Kevin Bontenbal, Ed.D., joined the Commission staff in August 2020. He brings with him 23 years of accreditation and college leadership experience, and a strong delivery to the higher education community college organisation. For the past 5 years, Dr. Bontenbal has served as an academic Commissioner chairing the Substantive Change and Policy Committees and as a peer reviewer on many external site visits. Most recently, he was the Instructional Technology Librarian/Kinesthesia at Cuesta College. Kevin has a strong background in higher governance and leadership having served in many roles, including Academic Senate President, Curriculum Chair, Accreditation Co-Chair, and Faculty Professional Evolution Coordinator. Dr. Bontenbal is present during the site visit to ensure consistency in the peer review procedure and serves as a resource to Contra Costa College and the peer review.

Dr. Bernadette Anayah, Professor of English as a 2d Language, Folsom Lake College

Bernadetter Anayah, Ph.D., has a Bachelor's Caste in English and French from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland, a Chief's in English (TESOL) from San Francisco State University, and a Ph.D. in Customs College Leadership and Human Resources Management from Colorado State University. She teaches English as a Second Language at Folsom Lake College, is an Academic Senator, and Faculty Chair of Accreditation. She earned her Ph.D. in Community College Leadership with a focus on international education and global denizens. She has participated on ii evaluation team site visits.

Dr. Hayley Ashby, Professor, Library Services, Riverside City Higher

Hayley Ashby

Hayley Ashby, Ed.D., has been a professor at Riverside City College (RCC) in Riverside, California for 19 years and teaches in the disciplines of library science and reckoner data systems. In addition to teaching, she oversees the library's physical and streaming media collections, collaborates on applied science projects, and provides guidance on multimedia use and copyright. She earned her Doctorate of Education from Brandman University where her dissertation focused on implementation of Guided Pathways at scale at California Community Colleges. He received his Ph.D. in Instruction from University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.

Ms. Denise Schulmeyer. Communication Professor, Grossmont College

Denise Schulmeyer has served equally a Communication Professor at Grossmont College for 15 years where she is currently the Academic Senate President. She earned a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology and a Primary of Arts in Man Communication Studies from California State University, Fullerton. She has served every bit Accreditation faculty co-chair and served on the peer review squad.

Cynthia Olivo, Ph.D., is Vice President of Educatee Services at Pasadena Metropolis College. She is President-elect for the Statewide Master Student Services Officers of California Community Colleges. Dr. Olivo is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Southern California, Rossier School of Education Doctoral Program. She completed the Harvard Found for Management & Leadership in Education and the American Council on Education Advancing to the Presidency Plan. She earned a Available of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Scientific discipline in Counseling from California State Academy, San Bernardino. She earned a Doctorate in Education with an accent in Urban Leadership from Claremont Graduate University in 2009.

Tre'Shawn Hall-Baker, Ph.D., has served for the past 5 years equally the Dean of Human Resources, Santa Monica Higher. Prior to that, she worked in California public schools for more 20 years, holding positions in the Los Angeles Unified Schoolhouse District (LAUSD), Classified School Employees Clan (CSEA), and the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD).
